Inspired by movement, music, & intuitive self-expression, Lynn invites students to drop into the present through breath and flow. Offering playful sequencing and thoughtful themes, students can expect to sweat, smile, and expand their perspectives. Lynn is located in Providence, Rhode Island and is a graduate of the 200-Hour Solar Flow Teacher Training under the guidance of Abbe Ciulla.
